By email
Email is the simplest way to reach us. We do not use a contact form, in order to limit the collection of personal data: your message arrives directly in our inbox, without passing through a third-party provider.
What you can write to us about
- Report an error: an outdated rate, a ceiling that has changed, a result that does not match your payslip. Where possible, include the values you entered.
- Suggest an article topic: a payroll concept you would like to see explained clearly.
- Ask about our method: which calculation base, which source, which rounding we use.
- Exercise your GDPR rights or ask a question about privacy.
Response time
Remunio is published by one person, outside any professional capacity. Replies usually arrive within a few working days. Reports of calculation errors are handled as a priority.
What we cannot do
We are not able to provide personalised advice on an individual situation: checking a specific payslip, optimising pay, or a dispute with an employer or with URSSAF. Those matters are for a chartered accountant, an employment lawyer or the relevant authorities. Please do not send us documents containing personal data (payslips, contracts, identity documents).
