5. Nature of the information published

The site provides simulators and explanatory content relating to French payroll and social contributions. The results produced are estimates for information purposes, based on the public rate schedules in force at the stated update date.

They constitute neither a payslip, nor a social declaration, nor personalised legal, tax or accounting advice. Some parameters specific to each employer — notably the work-accident rate (AT/MP), the applicable collective agreement, company health insurance and income protection — are either not taken into account or applied at a default value.

6. Limitation of liability

The publisher endeavours to keep the information and rates accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee that they are exhaustive or permanently current, as the schedules are liable to change. Users remain solely responsible for the use they make of the results obtained and are invited to have them checked by a professional before taking any decision. The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the site.

The site links to external resources, in particular institutional sites (urssaf.fr, service-public.fr, ag2rlamondiale.fr). The publisher exercises no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

Data entered in the simulators is neither stored nor shared with third parties. The site sets advertising cookies subject to your consent. Details of this processing are set out in our privacy policy.

The site is funded by advertising, served through the Google AdSense programme. Advertising slots are identifiable and distinct from editorial content. Advertisers have no influence over the content published or over the simulators' calculation methods.

10. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
